Hi Carol.  
We're back home safe and sound and totally revitalized after our weekend of total indulgence.   
The programme u set up for us...
was fantastic and was certainly a complete body and mind holistic experience. One to be repeated!  
I have never felt better - the 4 days Lorraine and I had away was perfect - perfect travelling conditions, perfect accommodation at Lake Okareka B&B (Patricia and Ken were absolutely great) and perfect treatment programme.   

Many thanks for your exceptional treatment with those magic hands and the yummy lunches.
See u in the summer.
