When I talk to them after they arrive, it seems that people have in inner sense that they need to do something before they snap! No its not a counselling session, but during your treatment - and only if you want to- we'll chat about life, coping strategies, just getting things off your chest. While you are relaxing and unwinding, my hands will be finding the knots and tension in your back, neck and shoulders and releasing them.
This is how it works:
While one person is on the massage table for 30 minutes while the other is in the infra red sauna then showers off - then you swap over. It works really well for two people to spend time in each other's company in the two-room adjoining spa suite yet receive separate treatments. Robes, towels, slippers, soap, shampoo & conditioner, hairdrier and perfume, filtered drinking water & glossy magazines are all supplied for your comfort.
At the end I'll make you each your own FREE personal Rescue Remedy, so that you can continue to stay in balance long after you leave.
