2. Pick Me Up - a fabulous detox day at the spa
When you want to do something really great for your body - while your mind is relaxing and your soul is being set free....
Designed by our naturopath to create a gentle detox while you are enjoying spa treatments to support your body. Your day involves learning about the detox process, making a fresh juice and sampling some home made, nourishing broth. Sounds spartan, but you'll be surprised how well your body will respond and how well your energy lasts. Plan to eat very lightly that evening. Your body will also demand an early night!
Your spa treatments are paced through out the day, with breaks between for home made fresh juices and broths to aid your body to detox and your energy to be restored. Treatments include:
Suitable for 2 people - come and share the experience with a friend. Or if by yourself, it is ideal to select an additional massage or facial. Due to the boutique nature of our spa, this is suitable for one or two people at a tme.Time: 9.30am to 3.30pm.
