Designed by our naturopath to create a gentle detox  while you are enjoying spa treatments to support your body. Your day involves learning about the detox process, making a fresh juice and sampling some home made, nourishing broth. Sounds spartan, but you'll be surprised how well your body will respond and how well your energy lasts.

Your spa treatments: Herbal spa bath, infra-red sauna (also known as the "detox box" ), body scrub, detox body wrap, shower off, body butter. "Lunch" break is a time to rest and includes free use of "Sven", our vigorous massage chair. Suitable for 2 people - come and share the experience with a friend. Or if by yourself, it is ideal to select an additional massage or facial. Due to the boutique nature of our spa, this is suitable for one or two people at a tme.
