Raw Food Workshop Philosophy
Learn to create amazingly healthy, delicious raw food that will boost your energy, lift your vibration and have everyone coming back for more.
A series of one-day, hands-on fun workshops where you can learn to make food choices that will nourish and heal you at all levels. We’ll show you simple ways that our Great-grandmothers used to stay healthy and strong, yet also draw on contemporary ingredients and equipment. We will be using the best of both worlds.
You will learn to create banquets of mouth watering real food, using colour, texture and taste, complimented by thoughtful plate and table presentations. Most food will be raw, a small proportion will be minimally cooked or naturally preserved.
All recipes will be gluten free (using non-gluten grains), dairy free, cane sugar free and meat free. This is not intentionally a vegetarian or vegan food workshop philosophy. Instead, this workshop calls on many of these principles to learn to eat “real food” in a more healthy, wholesome way. It is simply about learning to eat more raw! You choose how much raw you want to incorporate into your life – a little at a time is just fine.
