Using foods as our medicine, the first day focuses on natural foods with a workshop led by our Naturopath.

DAY ONE
Spend Day One learning about how to eat more healthily. · You will gain a better understanding of how to balance foods for optimum nutrition. · You will learn about superfoods, what they are and how to have more of them. · You will learn how to cook tasty wheat-free and dairy free foods. · You will discover how easy it is to prepare a tasty & well balanced vegetarian meal. · You will receive a workshop manual and a copy of all the recipes we cook. · You will be able to eat what you prepare, so that your evening meal is taken care of. |
DAY TWO
Learn how to fine tune your body’s needs with a Nutrition Consultation. Enjoy a 1 hr massage or 1 hr facial using our hand made skin care. Rejuvenate in our infra-red sauna & hydro shower or herbal spa bath. Relax over a light lunch and then enjoy free time in the afternoon. |
